Dr. Jürgen Hoffmann earned a diploma and a PhD in semiconductor physics from University of Karlsruhe. I worked 6 years at WEB.DE AG in the software development department as software developer, team leader and senior manager creating a search engine, a content syndication system and a VoIP-IM-DesktopSharing-Email-Fax-and-what-ever-else integrating communication solution for the internet portal http://web.de. There I initiated and lead the implementation of Scrum for several software development teams. In 2005 I decided to leave the company. Since then I work as Scrum Coach. I have been part of processes implementing Scrum in different companies in different roles.
